VeroQuote LLC
Terms of use
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms apply to veroquote.com and to insurance agents and agencies that buy leads from VeroQuote LLC (“VeroQuote,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or buying leads, you agree to them. If you buy leads, your written order also applies. If your order and these terms disagree, your order wins.
1. Who we are
VeroQuote is a lead generation company. We are not an insurance company or agency and do not sell insurance. What this site says about the TCPA, court cases, and compliance is general information, not legal advice.
2. Using the site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break, overload, or get around the site’s security, don’t scrape it, and don’t submit false information. We may change or take down the site at any time.
3. Who can buy leads
You must be an insurance agent or agency, or work for one, and hold the licenses required in each state you buy leads for. Give us accurate account details and keep them current.
4. Orders, billing, and returns
- Your order. Before your first lead, we agree in writing (email counts) on your prices, states, filters, caps, and delivery method.
- Prepaid balance. You pay in advance by invoice. We take the price of each delivered lead off your balance. If tax applies, it’s added to your invoice. Your order says how any unused balance is handled if you stop buying.
- No long-term commitment. You can stop buying at any time.
- Exclusive and shared leads. Each lead record shows whether the lead is exclusive and how many times it has been sold.
- Returns. Unless your order says otherwise, you can return a lead within 72 hours of delivery if the phone number is disconnected, the contact is the wrong person, or the lead is a duplicate. Returned leads are credited to your balance.
5. Your duties when you contact shoppers
You are responsible for how you contact shoppers. You agree to:
- Follow every law that applies, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state Do Not Call rules, state telemarketing and calling-hours laws, CAN-SPAM, and insurance laws.
- Contact shoppers only about the insurance quotes they asked for, and only as their consent allows.
- Honor every request to stop right away, keep your own internal Do Not Call list, and tell us about opt-outs so we can record them.
- Run your own Do Not Call checks. The DNC flag on our lead record helps, but it doesn’t replace your own compliance.
- Use leads only for your own agency. Don’t resell, share, or transfer them without our written OK.
- Keep lead data secure, and use it only as these terms and the law allow.
- Tell us right away about any complaint, demand, or lawsuit about a lead we sold you.
6. Consent records
Every lead comes with its consent record. You can keep the TrustedForm certificate or Jornaya LeadiD in your own account. We send a lead to your agency only if its consent covers your agency. If you think a lead’s consent doesn’t cover you, don’t contact the shopper, and tell us. If a shopper complains or sues over a lead we sold you, we’ll send you the consent records we have for that lead.
7. No guarantees
We don’t promise that a shopper will answer, buy, or bind a policy, or any contact rate or result. Except for what these terms and your order say, the site and leads are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.
8. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for lost profits or for indirect, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim about the site or leads is limited to what you paid us for leads in the three months before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You will defend VeroQuote against, and pay the costs of, claims that come from how you contacted shoppers, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law.
10. Pausing and ending
We may pause or stop lead delivery if you break these terms or the law, or while we look into a shopper complaint. Sections 5 through 11 still apply after your account ends.
11. Law and disputes
Wyoming law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming, and both sides agree to those courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and we email buyers about important changes before they take effect.
