Are bundled home and auto leads better?

A bundle lead is a shopper who asked about home and auto on the same form. The record comes marked line: "bundle", so you know to quote both on the first call.

That gives you two policies to quote in one conversation, and many carriers discount a bundle, so the shopper has a reason to move both. Whether bundles bind better for your agency depends on your carriers and your book.

Ask for auto, home, or both when you set up your test batch. Track bundles separately, and let your cost per bound policy decide how many to buy.

How do internet leads reach my CRM?

Internet leads are only useful if they land where your team works. A realtime lead posts within seconds of the shopper pressing submit, by HTTPS in JSON or form-encoded fields, to a webhook, or by email. Aged leads can also come as a CSV.

If a post fails, we retry, and every attempt is logged with your response code. It works with anything that accepts a webhook or a lead email: AgencyZoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and most dialers. We map the fields to your system during setup.

You choose what comes in: state, ZIP code, line (auto or home), currently insured, homeowner, number of vehicles, delivery hours, and daily and hourly caps.

What's in each lead

Every lead, realtime or aged, includes contact details and address, current coverage with the renewal date, and the vehicles and drivers or the property details.

It also carries the consent record: the exact consent text, a TrustedForm certificate, a Jornaya LeadiD, or both, plus the time, IP address, device, and page URL. A lead with neither a certificate nor a LeadiD is never sent.
