Insurance leads

Exclusive home insurance leads, sold to one agent

A shopper asks for a home insurance quote. Seconds later the lead posts to your CRM with the property details you need to quote: type, year built, square feet, roof age, and current carrier. It's sold to you and nobody else.

What are exclusive home insurance leads?

An exclusive home insurance lead is a shopper who asked for a home quote, sold to one agent. Ours are sold once, to you, then closed. Not resold.

The shopper hears from you, not from a line of agents holding the same lead. You get a real first conversation, and time to ask the questions that win the policy.

For the full trade-off, read exclusive vs. shared insurance leads.

What property details come with each lead?

Enough to quote homeowners insurance on the first call:

  • Property: type (single-family, condo, townhome, or mobile), year built, square feet, and roof age.
  • Current coverage: insured or not, current home carrier, months of continuous coverage, and renewal date.
  • Contact: name, phone, email, and full address.
  • Consent record: the exact consent text, a TrustedForm certificate, a Jornaya LeadiD, or both, plus the time, IP address, device, and page URL.
  • Checks: phone validity and line type, email deliverability, the 30-day duplicate check, the TCPA litigator scrub, and a federal Do Not Call flag.

Roof age and year built are often the first underwriting questions. With them on the record, you know which carriers to quote before you dial. The renewal date tells you when to follow up if the timing is wrong today.

Home records carry these property fields in place of vehicles and drivers. See the layout in the sample lead record.

Can I get the shopper's auto too?

When a shopper asks to quote home and auto together, the record comes marked as a bundle (line: "bundle"), so you can quote both on the first call. Ask for home, auto, or both when you set up your test batch.

See auto and home insurance leads for how the products fit together, or exclusive auto insurance leads for the auto side.

Your filters

Pick what comes in and how much of it:

  • States and ZIP codes
  • Currently insured or not
  • Delivery hours
  • Daily and hourly caps

Start with the ZIP codes you write well. Raise caps where leads bind, and cut the ones where they don't.

How do I verify the consent on a home lead?

The same way as any lead from us. Every home lead carries a TrustedForm certificate, a Jornaya LeadiD, or both. A lead with neither is never sent.

Open the TrustedForm link to watch the shopper fill out the form, or look up the LeadiD with Jornaya. The record also has the consent text word for word, with the time, IP address, device, and page URL, so you can read who the shopper agreed to hear from before you call.

Keep the certificate in your own TrustedForm account. The record stays yours, even if you stop buying from us.

Which home insurance lead vendors are worth testing?

Any vendor that answers these questions clearly, in writing:

  1. Is each lead sold to one agent, or to several?
  2. Does every lead come with a TrustedForm certificate or Jornaya LeadiD?
  3. Can I read the exact consent text from the form?
  4. Which property fields come on the record?
  5. What can I return, and how long do I have?

Then buy a small batch and compare cost per bound policy, not price per lead. The full checklist is in questions to ask an insurance lead vendor.

How delivery works

Each lead posts within seconds of the shopper pressing submit, by HTTPS in JSON or form-encoded fields, to a webhook, or by email. If a post fails, we retry, and every attempt is logged with your response code.

It works with anything that accepts a webhook or a lead email: AgencyZoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and most dialers. We map the fields to your system during setup.

Billing, returns, and no contract

Buy home insurance leads from a prepaid balance. Each lead is charged when it's delivered, and you get a low-balance alert before delivery pauses. No contract. Stop any time.

If a number is disconnected, it's the wrong person, or it's a duplicate you already bought, return the lead within 72 hours for a credit.

Start with a test batch

Tell us the states you write home in and how many leads a day your team can work. We reply within one business day with a sample record, the field spec, and your pricing. You approve a small test batch. No contract.

Track contact rate, quotes, and binds in your own CRM. Scale the ZIP codes that bind. Request a test batch.

VeroQuote sells exclusive realtime auto and home leads. Each one comes with its TrustedForm certificate or Jornaya LeadiD and the exact consent text the shopper agreed to.
